Child Watch Center

The Child Watch Center is available to provide safe care for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. Parents or legal guardians must be in the YMCA facility while their children are in Child Watch. Members who have a single parent family or family membership may use the Child Watch Center for free for a maximum of two hours per day. Adult members and non-members may use the Child Watch Center by purchasing a punch card. Fees are $2.00 per hour, per child for adult members and $3.00 per hour, per child for non-members. *Note: Parents are required to sign in each child upon arrival. Registration required at first visit.

Fundays

A fun-filled recreational program for elementary school students on non-school days. Activities include swimming, games, and gym activites.

Fundays are a great way to experience fun new games while making new friends on their day off from school.

Summer Day Camps

The Summer Day Camps seek to provide the opportunities and activities that all youth enjoy participating in during their summer vacation. We provide a wide variety of activities that promote self-confidence, and encourage positive relationships. Parents can focus on other obligations while their child experiences a supervised fun-filled environment, making new friends and fond new memories.

Summer Adventure Club is a licensed day camp for youth entering 1st grade through age 8. Camps include weekly themes and field trips.

Teen Extreme is a licensed day camp for youth age 9-12 years. Children must be 9 at the start of the program to attend this camp. Camps include weekly themes and field trips.

Creative Camps A day camp for kids who have completed Kindergarten to age 8 and children 9 to 12. Weekly camps include: All About Art, Wild About Sports, Oh the Drama, The Great Outdoors, and Twist and Shout. Camp will be held at Scott Middle School.

Running Creek is a day camp for elementary aged children, entering 1st through age 10 where children explore the great outdoors, meet new friends and take part in a lot of fun activities.

Little Explorers is a day camp for preschool age children (3 to pre-K) who want to enjoy the fun and excitement of a camp experience! The activities are designed to be appropriate for the developmental needs and skills of children this age.

Preschool

Our Preschool is a fun-filled class for children ages 3 to 5 years old. Who better to teach our kids about caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility than your local YMCA? Our Preschool is a great way to introduce your child to a school-like atmosphere injected with a whole lot of fun.

After school STARS Program

The Lincoln YMCA After school STARS (Students Together After School Reaching Success) program will be held this fall at Lux Middle School and Scott Middle School. The participants will benefit from a safe place to stay after school that includes a nutritious snack, academic support, character and asset development, organized activities and themed clubs. Clubs will be offered Monday through Friday, come everyday or just a couple days a week. Registration for clubs is on a first come/ first served basis.
