Marathon Training Saturday Long Runs - Downtown Y

This supported long run session is for individuals training for a full or half marathon or running for fitness. The run is in conjunction with our YMCA Marathon Training and is led by Ann Ringlein. Ann will provide written Saturday schedules based on your running goal and training routes will be led each week. Water and fuel will be provided along with social support from peers along the route.
