Last Blast Lincoln Triathlon

Last Blast Lincoln Triathlon

The Last Blast Lincoln Triathlon will be held on September 17, 2017, at Branched Oak State Recreational Area.

Join us Sunday, September 17,  for the "Last Blast" Lincoln Triathlon, starting at 8:00am (mandatory pre-race meeting is at 7:45am).

The event will include an Olympic distance triathlon race and a Super Sprint triathlon race. The event will be held at the beautiful Branched Oak State Recreation Area just 15 miles Northwest of Lincoln, Nebraska. On Oak Creek, the lake is the largest of the Salt Valley Lakes. It boasts some of the finest camping facilities in the State Park system. There are 268 campsites - 187 of which have electrical hook-ups.

Recreation opportunities include fishing, hiking, walking, picnicking, water-skiing, and swimming. A State Park Permit is required for entry.

The race is a fundraiser for the YMCA Annual Campaign-Strong Kids program. This campaign allows us to keep making strides forward in the lives of thousands of underserved kids in our community.
