Join us for an intense 30-minute workout that combines elements from traditional Barre classes with strength training and high intensity interval training. We will combine toning exercises using the ballet barres with heart rate-boosting HIIT intervals and strength work with dumbbells and body bars. You will get a full-body workout and incinerate calories with Barre Boot Camp!
