Healthy Kids Day

We're celebrating 30 years of healthy kids! Join us for our annual Healthy Kids Day® at the Copple Family YMCA! This event is free and open to the community. Registration is not required.

Healthy Kids Day®, is a national initiative aimed at bringing children and families together by providing the education, activities, and experiences that teach good health and foster connections through fitness, sports, fun, and healthy habits.   

Many partner organizations will also be onsite with activities and giveaways!

10:30am - 1-Mile Fun Run (weather permitting)

11:00am - YMCA Dance Program Demo

11:30am - Cook Along

Looking to Volunteer at Healthy Kids Day?

Help with vendor set-up/tear-down, greet families at the welcome table, help with the bounce house or 1-Mile Fun Run, or simply serve as a floater as there's always something to lend a hand with! To volunteer, please contact Kelsey Fincham with the Copple Family YMCA.
