ABOUT THE TURKEY TROT
The Lincoln YMCA Turkey Trot returns as one of the highly favored traditions on Thanksgiving morning.
EVENT UPDATE:
At the YMCA, we have always made the safety and well-being of our members and the surrounding community our highest priority. For this reason, and with the input and direction from the Lincoln/Lancaster County Health Department, we have decided to make the 2020 Turkey Trot an all-virtual event (Trot at Home). All participants who had signed up for the in-person event will automatically be transferred to the virtual event. No additional steps will be needed on your part.
ENTRY FEES
1-Mile Fun Run & Walk: $15
5K Individual: $28
Family 1-Mile Rate: $65 (Family includes 2 adults 22 years of age or older and children under 21 years of age living at the same address full-time, with a maximum of 5 family members. Additional family entries are $10 per child. Family pricing is not available for the 5K.)
REGISTRATION DEADLINES
You can still register to Trot at Home!
Early Registration deadline is Sunday, November 22.
Late Registration is November 23 through Noon Wednesday, November 25.
NO Registrations will be accepted after Noon on Wednesday, November 25.
A late registration fee of $5 per person will be added for entries received after November 22.
All entries received after November 22 will receive a Turkey Trot beanie instead of a t-shirt.
The race is open to the public.
PACKET PICKUP
Reservation required. Please bring a copy of your registration confirmation email. You must come during the date/time you pre-registered for.
You may pick up packets for family/friends, but you must have a copy of the confirmation email for yourself and each person that you are picking up for.
Everyone is required to wear a mask during packet pickup.
Upon arrival, keep 6-foot distancing between others in line.
If you are ill, stay home.
If you need to change your time please follow the directions HERE.
Virtual Trot at Home participants may request to have packet mailed to them if outside of Lincoln. Deadline for this request is November 20.
Early packet pickup is held at the Cooper YMCA on Tuesday, November 24 from 4pm-8pm and Wednesday, November 25 from 10am-8pm.
