Facility Use Policy

The YMCA of Lincoln, Nebraska, does not permit the use of its facilities by unauthorized independent contractors, personal trainers, private lesson instructors, individual or group coaching, youth or adult sports team practices, etc.—including those led by Y staff off-the-clock, Y members, and non-members attending as a guest or at day-fee rate—which may or may not engage in the provision of services in exchange for paid compensation by parties involved. If formal or semi-formal training or instruction pertaining to a skillset is being given on Lincoln YMCA property—without prior approval by management—Y staff may inquire about the scenario, document the incident for management follow up and/or ask the participants to leave the premises, if determined to be in violation of Facility Use Policy. Repeated offenses may lead to immediate removal from the facility, up to and including a temporary or permanent usage ban across the association. 

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy will advise you about our guidelines concerning the use of your personal information, including the reasonable efforts we make to protect your personal information in accordance with these guidelines. Please read this policy carefully. 


We keep your private information private by:

1. Not selling your information. You’ve entrusted us with your personal information, and we're committed to using it wisely. The YMCA of Lincoln, NE will not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. Using firewalls and encryption. We use firewalls and encryption technology to protect personal information on our computer systems.

3. Restricting who has access to your information. We take precautions to ensure that your internet account and personal information are accessible only by employees who are authorized to have access to your personal information.

This policy applies to the personal information that you provide to the YMCA of Lincoln, NE either through this site, in person, or otherwise. This policy does not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which this site links.
