This strength training series for women focuses on building strength and confidence in the workout areas. Learn to execute proper form, break through fitness plateaus, and challenge your body, while making new friends at the Y. Participants will also learn about goal setting, proper progression on an exercise program and how to tell when you are working out too much vs. not enough. Previous weight lifting experience is not required.
