Youth Training

Individualized training for 12- to 14-year-olds who are motivated to stay or become strong and healthy. Participants will learn safety and proper technique in using all workout area and equipment.
The goal of the Speed & Agility youth program is to teach youth participants (ages 9-14) skills that will help them excel in their respected sport(s).

Physical fitness is an important part of youth development. Children's Hospital & Medical Center has partnered with the YMCA of Lincoln to offer a group fitness class twice a week for physician-referred youth to support a healthy lifestyle at three branch locations.
