Y-Lose It / Y-Maintain It

Join the YMCA of Lincoln’s weight loss challenge. You will work together with a Wellness Coach and up to 6 team members. Through this 12-week, 2 times/week weight-loss challenge you will become healthier by setting and working towards realistic and personal goals. Y credit will be awarded to the individual and team that loses the highest percentage of body weight within the Lincoln YMCAs.

ENERGY Fitness

The goal of the ENERGY Fitness program is to provide an environment where children can develop their motor skill competence to increase their engagement and motivation to practice physical activity. Our instructors aim to empower children ages 6-13 to move and get stronger in a safe, comfortable environment with trained instructors.
