This training is designed to help you prepare for a multi-day tour like Tour de Nebraska, a five-day bicycle adventure held every June, or any other multi-day bicycle tour. You will receive a training information, group and individual support. Instructors will discuss a wide-range of topics, help you meet your goals and prepare you for fun, challenging touring events. This class will be encouraging, motivating and a fun way to meet new training partners!

An innovative fitness program that builds strength, deepens flexibility, and improves balance and coordination using the natural benefits of air and water to enhance traditional fitness movements creating high-intensity, low-impact workouts. We will take time to become acquainted with the board by learning how to align your body to evenly distribute weight and create balance.

We offer a Marathon Preparedness Class, Full/Half Marathon Training, and Marathon Training Saturday Long Runs. Classes will help participants develop a running base, learn how to run a full or half marathon, and/or run at a faster pace. Training with the Y means a positive, energetic environment where participants make friends and training partners for life.

In this class you will practice on and off body tricks, transitions, and techniques. You will learn short, fun hoop dance sequences. Class size is kept small for personalized support. Hoops are provided during class.
