Emily's Y Story

As of 3/8/2017 I have been frequently working out at the Y. Since this date I have lost about 80 lbs. I’m stronger. I’m healthier. I am confident. I love the classes and the variety that is offered. There is a lot of support when I go and don’t know how to use a machine or am nervous to take a class. My daughter also loves coming to Child Watch. Thank you for giving me more time!
