Janice's Y Story

After my 7th child, I was having to deal with medical issues, including a mis-diagnosis that lead to months of treatment before a second opinion verified otherwise. This woke me up. It was time to quit waiting "until the kids were grown."

I started Y-Lose It at 180 pounds. I've done Y-Lose It at least 4 times now and I stay fit with my own workouts or a class 3 times a week. I am now 23 pounds lighter and have much improved balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance, all because of the YMCA!
