The Y-Lose It Challenge has dramatically changed my family's lives for the better. It has taught us that eating healthy is a life-long change, not just a fad diet, and it's the most important factor in weight loss. It has made me realize just how hard I have to workout to work off even one cupcake or piece of pizza. My husband and I do the challenge together, and have lost over 45 pounds so far. It's great support working out together but still competing with him. The weekly weigh-ins keep us all working hard & proud of each other's accomplishments. Learning about nutrition and sharing recipes with teammates have given me many new ideas about how to continue eating healthy after the challenge.
I used to look at working out as tough and challenging with only minimal results, but since the challenge I actually look forward to what new hard workouts we will try each week. I never dreamed I could lose 2-5 pounds a week for 13 weeks! I know every part of the gym and feel comfortable using all machines and free weights now. I even signed up for the intense TRX training with Gail and it's awesome!
I've gone from not being able to run AT ALL, to running 1-4 miles a day...and looking forward to a 10k this fall. Rhonda has taken the word "impossible" out of my vocabulary forever. She believed in each of us and made us reach our goals and even surpass them. Her confidence in me has made me have confidence in myself.

I was ready to make a change in my life to lose weight and I couldn't have had the dramatic results without my wellness coach and my team. If you are willing to put in the time for quality workouts and the dedication to eating clean meals, this challenge will positively impact your life forever, just as it has mine.
