Join the YMCA of Lincoln’s weight loss challenge. You will work together with a Wellness Coach and up to 6 team members. Through this 12-week, 2 times/week weight-loss challenge you will become healthier by setting and working towards realistic and personal goals. Cash prizes will be awarded to the individual and team that loses the highest percentage of body weight within the Lincoln YMCAs. Pro option includes 4 one-on-one 45 minute nutrition sessions with a Registered Dietitian.

If you have recently lost weight, struggle to maintain your current weight or need guidance to make healthier choices, this 4-week program is for you. Maintaining a fitness level is a juggling act and we want to help you take the confusion out of it. Meet twice a week with a certified trainer and five other members to workout, and talk facts. This program will keep you on track and motivated to maintain your current fitness level and connect you with other Y members for support. Register individually or with a friend!
