Lincoln Y Member: Early-Bird $140  |  Late $150

Non-member: Early-Bird $310  |  Late $320 (includes Lincoln Y membership during the 8-week challenge)

Join the YMCA of Lincoln's weight loss challenge. You will work together with a Wellness Coach (YMCA staff person) and up to 6 team members. Bring your own team or we will put you on a team. Through this 8-week weight loss challenge, you will become healthier by setting and working towards realistic and personal goals to make permanent lifestyle changes to last a lifetime. Cash prizes will be awarded to the individual and team that loses the most percentage of body weight within the Lincoln YMCAs.

Y-Maintain It

If you have recently lost weight, struggle to maintain your current weight or need guidance to make healthier choices, this 4-week program is for you. Maintaining a fitness level is a juggling act and we want to hep you take the confusion out of it. Meet twice a week with a certified trainer and five other members to workout, talk facts and log your nutrition. This program will keep you on track and motivated to maintain your current fitness level and connect you with other Y members for support.
