Looking for an activity this summer for the entire family!The Lincoln YMCA offers a wide variety of activities for the entire family this summer. We offer summer day camps for ages 3-13 at the Copper Branch, Fallbrook Branch, Northeast Branch or spend a fun filled week at YMCA Camp Kitaki, a Summer Residence Camp for ages 7 to 17. The Youth Sports Branch will offer various Sports Camps each week. The Lincoln YMCA has an outdoor swimming pool at the Cooper YMCA. The outdoor swimming pool is available to members of the Lincoln YMCA at no extra charge, so join the Lincoln YMCA today. Are you looking for opportunities for your youth? The Cooper YMCA is offering 2 special classes during LPS spring break.Babysitter's Training Class A wonderful opportunity for your 10-14 year old to learn valuable skills from the American Red Cross to enhance their babysitting abilities. Whether they are learning to better care for siblings or are looking for employment opportunities, this is the class for them! Please click the Spring Break Classes link below for details. Youth Fitness Training For 12-14 year olds who are interested in keeping their bodies strong and healthy. The class will instruct on safety and proper technique in using all workout area equipment, as well as discussion of character development, weight room etiquette, basic nutrition, and effects of drugs, alcohol and smoking on the body. Easter Egg Hunt at the Northeast YMCAOn Saturday, March 27th, from 10:00am-12:00pm come to the Northeast YMCA for a Easter egg hunt. The hunt begins at 11am. Bring your Easter basket, come see the Easter Bunny, search for treats and play in the bounce house. This event is for children ages 2--10!Fees: YMCA Members: $2/child $5/family Non-Members: $4/child $10/family * Pre-registration required. Must register by Noon Friday, March 26th.
