Preschool Registration Information
Registration opens first to students currently enrolled in our Preschool who have a Y Family/Household Membership (any type) on January 30, 2024. Second, registration opens to those with Y Family/Household Memberships who do not have a child in our Preschool program begins February 6, 2024. Third, any remaining openings are made available first come/first serve to any Community Members or others who want to register beginning February 13, 2024 until full. All families who want to register must have a zero balance on their YMCA account.
Children who are currently enrolled in or have been previously enrolled or waitlisted must re-enroll each year. A $35 non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee is due at the time of registration.
As part of the online registration process, all families will be asked to complete the Child Information Questions, required for DHHS Child Care Licensing.

- Families who DO qualify for a DHHS Child Care Subsidy, please complete the online steps outlined in the DHHS Child Care Subsidy Information page or stop by any Lincoln YMCA location for access to a computer.
Waitlist Procedures
If a program or course is full, we offer the option to add a participant to the waitlist. Being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the program. Please ensure that your contact information is current at the time you are placed on a waitlist, as Program Directors will contact waitlisted individuals on a first come, first served basis as space in the program becomes available. The waiting list for our preschool program does not automatically transfer over to the next school year.
Cancelations
A Program Change/Withdrawal Form is required for any change or cancelation at least two weeks prior to the end of the month. Please note: the $35 registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payments
The Lincoln YMCA requires monthly program fees be automatically withdrawn from a credit or debit card. Payments must be set up for a monthly credit/debit card draft. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Child Care Subsidy is accepted.
Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Please allow 15 days for processing.
