Flag Football is one of America's most exciting sports and this program will introduce your children to the fundamentals of the game. We lead drills and games that teach the skills and positions of football as well as important values that are used on and off the field, all in a safe, friendly, and supportive environment. Kids will get a feel for football as they work on fundamentals of throwing, catching and playing as a team in this no-tackle sport.
2nd - 8th Grade | Girls Recreational Flag Football will give girls in 2nd - 8th Grade the ability to learn fundamentals and develop into better players and teammates. With one practice and one game played each week during a seven-week season, players will enjoy modified rules based on their age.
Kindergarten | Micro Flag Football is a great way to introduce boys and girls to the game of football. With a combined 25-minute practice and 25-minute game once a week, players enjoy smaller footballs and modified rules to accommodate younger players.
1st - 8th Grade | Recreational Flag Football will give boys and girls in 1st - 8th Grade the ability to learn fundamentals and develop into better players and teammates. With one practice and one game played each week during a seven-week season, players will enjoy modified rules based on their age.
3rd - 6th Grade | Spirit Flag Football is a competitive, coach-select flag football league with an eight-game season. There are no restrictions on player positions in this league and scores and standings will be recorded.
