EGYM is available at the Cooper YMCA. To get started, schedule a 30-60-minute EGYM Orientation with
a Wellness Specialist. During this session, you’ll:

- Receive your personalized EGYM wristband
- Complete a quick strength and range of motion assessment
- Learn how to use Smart Strength equipment
Your coach will ensure your setup is safe, efficient, and ready for long-term success.
Yes, there is a one-time fee of $25. This includes your wristband and your initial EGYM onboarding session to get you set up for success. Replacement wristbands are $10.

- Begin at any open station and move clockwise through the circuit.
- Complete one set per machine, moving with the timers.
- Transition with others to maintain circuit flow.
