3rd - 8th Grade

Registration Information

The registration for Spring Spirit Softball League is now available.

The Spirit Softball Winter Skills Day will be held on March 2.

The Spirit Softball Winter Pitching/Catching Day will be held on March 4.

If you are an individual looking to be added to a team the registration needs to be submitted by March 27.

If you are a head coach or team representative, a team roster needs to be submitted by March 27.

Once the team roster is turned in, the coach will receive a registration link after March 30 to send to their players to register for their team.

Players will have from March 30 - April 10 to register for their team.

Game Days

Spirit Softball will be on Thursday and Friday evenings starting April 30/May 1. An end of the season double elimination tournament will be held on July 9/10/11. All teams will participate in the end of the season tournament. Teams will be scheduled for 14 matches during the regular season and then play in a double elimination tournament.

Uniforms

Teams are allowed to wear their own jerseys or purchase the YMCA Spirit Softball jersey as a team.

Other Equipment

Participants will be required to provide their own glove. Players may wear tennis/turf shoes/softball cleats (no metal spikes allowed). Jewelry is not allowed to be worn during YMCA Youth Sports activities. This includes earrings (earrings cannot be taped). No hard casts/splints are allowed during matches/games.

It is highly recommended that for the 2026 season that participants provide their own batting helmet and bat.
