Barre Boot Camp

Join us for an intense workout that combines elements from traditional Barre classes with strength training and high intensity interval training. We will combine toning exercises using the ballet barres with heart rate-boosting HIIT intervals and strength work with dumbbells and body bars. You will get a full-body workout and incinerate calories with Barre Boot Camp!

Sundays, 9:00 - 9:45 am | June 9 - July 14 

Wednesdays, 10:15 - 11:00am | June 12 - July 24 (No class July 3)

Barre Express

Barre Express is a workout that fuses elements from ballet-based Barre work with strength training and core work. Participants will spend time on the Barre as well as strength-train with weights and bands. This class will give you a full body workout in a short amount of time.
