Women's Power & Performance
This female only strength training class is designed to help you build a stronger, healthier, more confident body—no matter your starting point. As women, we naturally lose 1–3% of our muscle mass every year after age 30, which can slow metabolism, reduce strength, and make everyday tasks harder. Strength training is one of the most powerful tools we have to reverse that process.
In this class, you’ll learn progressive strength training with a certified personal trainer, using compound lifts, jump training, and short HIIT intervals to build muscle, boost power, and support full-body wellness.
Lifting weights doesn’t just reshape your body—it also plays a vital role in women’s health by:
- Regulating hormones, especially through perimenopause and beyond
- Increasing metabolism and supporting long-term fat loss
- Building lean muscle that improves strength, posture, and joint stability
- Protecting bone density, lowering the risk of osteoporosis
- Improving mood, energy, and stress resilience
This class is built for women who want to get strong safely and confidently while progressing week by week. Whether you're brand new or getting back into fitness, you’ll learn proper form, build real strength, and develop long-term habits that support your body for life.
