WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
Please call the YMCA Youth Sports Cancellation Line at 402-434-9211 for all scheduling updates. When games are cancelled a notice will be posted on the website and sent to participants through Playerspace.
1st Grade through 8th Grade | This clinic helps kids improve their quickness, stamina, and overall athletic skills in a fun and active environment.
Each one-hour session includes running drills, agility activities, stretching, and games to build coordination and confidence. The clinic meets once a week for five weeks.

Registration Information
Registration for Winter Speed & Explosive Clinic will be around November 15. Speed & Explosive Clinic sessions have a max of 20 participants per hour.
Camp Days
The YMCA Winter Speed & Explosive Clinic will be held on Thursday in January and February.
6:00pm to 7:00pm 1st Grade through 4th Grade
7:15pm to 8:15pm 5th Grade through 8th Grade

Additional Information
Registered campers will receive a letter with specific clinic information one week before the clinic begins.
