Fallbrook YMCA Raise the Bar Challenge

Tuesday, March 5  |  6:00am - 8:00pm 

Challenge yourself and sign up for the Raise the Bar bench press event! Select your time and division, and meet on the Wellness Floor to see how many reps you can complete without stopping! Join in the fun to qualify for prizes and raise funds for the YMCA’s Annual Fundraising Campaign – Strong Kids. Top lifter in each division will win a $25 gift card to Complete Health. Are you up for the challenge?

Ages: 14+

Men's Division: 135 lbs. or body weight

Women's Division: 65 lbs. or 95 lbs.

Registration Fee: $10

Proceeds benefit the YMCA Annual Fundraising Campaign–Strong Kids.
