The Lincoln YMCA offers several services to help you on your health and wellness journey, including personal training and group training. Each location has certified professionals prepared to help you meet your goals.

 

Personal Training

Personal Training at the Y is designed to be a motivating and positive experience. Our trainers help participants achieve specific goals, ease fears and anxieties, and take their health to the next level. This one-on-one training is great for those just starting out as well as experienced athletes. 

 

Small Group Personal Training

The YMCA also offers small group packages where two or three members with like goals purchase sessions and work out together. This is a great way to stay accountable and work out with friends! 

 

Monthly Loyalty Plan

You now have the ability to have a monthly/recurring membership plan for Personal Training. The plan will renew each month just like your YMCA membership. You may make changes and cancel at any time by filling out the appropriate form at the front desk. With this plan you will have the benefit of a lower cost per session, consistency in scheduling, frequency in session times which will help improve results, and no hassle on-going registration.
