Specialized Training includes a variety of types of group trainings tailored to reach specific goals. These classes are offered at an extra cost to both YMCA Members and Community Members and pre-registration is required.

You'll activate your parasympathetic nervous system through diaphragmatic training by recalibrating your carbon dioxide levels and optimizing metabolic processes.

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the United States – 2.4 million people of all ages and fitness levels play it. The game combines elements of badminton, ping pong and tennis and can be played singles or doubles.
