If you have recently lost weight, struggle to maintain your current weight, or need guidance to make healthier choices, this 4-week program is for you. Maintaining a fitness level is a juggling act and the YMCA wants to help you take the confusion out of it. This program will keep you on track and motivated to maintain your current fitness level.

Sessions:
October 27 - November 23 | Mondays and Wednesdays | 5:30-6:30pm
Fees: Y Members $80 | Non Members $160
Ages 15-18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian
