Summer Discus and Shot Put Throwing Clinic

7th - 12th Grade | YMCA Discus and Shot Put Throwing Clinic is offered for 7th through 12th Grade boys and girls. The clinic is designed for middle and high school athletes looking to learn and improve their shot put and discus skills. The program focuses on proper technique, strength development, and event-specific drills to help athletes build confidence and increase performance.

Winter Speed & Explosive Clinic

1st Grade through 8th Grade | This clinic helps kids improve their quickness, stamina, and overall athletic skills in a fun and active environment.
Each one-hour session includes running drills, agility activities, stretching, and games to build coordination and confidence. The clinic meets once a week for five weeks.

1st - 6th Grade | YMCA Cross Country Clinic is offered for 1st through 6th Grade boys and girls. The clinic is a great introduction to running and preparing for all sports. It includes running fundamentals, training and stretching in one hour and 15-minute sessions once a week for four weeks.
