Youth Training & Wellness

Fitness for everyone! Introduce your kids to fitness through fun, high-energy group classes they’ll love. Parents can attend for a family workout, or can drop kids off for them to learn the importance of staying active while parents go focus on their own health and wellness goals.

Jr. Chefs

Youth will build basic culinary skills, incorporating nutritional information and fun food experiments in the hour long class. Participants will learn kitchen safety and etiquette for youth development, proper measuring techniques, and how to build a complete meal.

Sports Conditioning

Led by a certified coach, this program can benefit athletes from any sport. It will enable athletes to increase explosive power, musculoskeletal strength, and flexibility while decreasing their risk of sports-related injuries. Participants will learn how to properly use a variety of strength and cardio equipment.

Strength Training for Teens

Participants 12-16 years of age will be assisted by a certified coach through dynamic warm-ups, stretches and full body workouts to build foundational strength and progress.

Teen Fitness Training

For 12-14 year olds who are interested in keeping their bodies strong and healthy. Class will instruct on safety and proper technique in using all workout area and Quick Fit equipment, as well as discussion of character development, weight room etiquette and basic nutrition.
