Participants will improve speed, quickness and reactive skills, as well as body control, to both assist in injury prevention and aid in proper movement patterning.
Participants will meet with Health & Wellness staff and go through initial testing and evaluation, work on acceleration drills, and perform plyometric and agility drills.
Classes will take place indoors and outdoors depending on the planned training for the day. There is a limit of 12 youth per session, so secure your youth's spot today!

Parent/Guardian will need to be in the building with teens under 14 years of age due to COVID restrictions. Please note that at Fallbrook and Copple Family locations, between the hours of 3pm-5pm, Monday-Friday, when LPS is in session, anyone 14 years of age or younger must be participating in a supervised program or be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Because of this policy teens who are 14 years of age or younger will still need to have a parent/guardian in the building if it is during that after school time at the Fallbrook and Copple Family locations even after they have passed the class.
Teen Fitness Training is offered at the Cooper, Copple Family, Fallbrook, and Northeast YMCAs.
