Older adults are some of our most loyal members. Here at the Y, seniors have a chance to keep active and grow in spirit, mind, and body. New friends and new opportunities add joy to life. The Y also gives older adults a chance to volunteer their time and talents with others, such as children and teens.
Disease Prevention and Management Programs
A variety of classes and services to help prevent and manage disease as well as promote safe, healthy activity. Unless otherwise noted, these classes are available to ALL who might find them beneficial, with or without a specific diagnosis. These programs are FREE for Lincoln Y Members and offered for a fee for Non-Members.
Group Exercise Classes
Group Exercise classes are FREE for Lincoln Y Members and are a great way to meet new people and find a fitness routine that can be right for you and your comfort level.
