The YMCA of Lincoln offers a wide array of group exercise classes that are FREE for Y Members including cycling, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, Zumba®, and more. No need to register in advance. Find the right class for you and show up ready to work out.

We have classes to meet every level, every schedule, and every goal. All you have to do is pick your preferred class and location. Your Lincoln YMCA membership gives you access to all five locations. Please note, classes may be seasonal or may not always be available. Class times and instructors are subject to change. Strength Classes

The Y offers a variety of strength-training classes that combine the benefits of building strength with the motivation and positive atmosphere of a group exercise class. These classes will increase your muscle endurance, enhance your cardiovascular ability and will develop coordination and balance. Most classes are 60 minutes long and offer exercise options for a variety of fitness levels, so that you can work out at your own pace.

Water exercise is for everyone! Training in the pool is great for that everyday workout, cross-training, recovery days and injury recovery.
