An innovative fitness program that builds strength, deepens flexibility, and improves balance and coordination using the natural benefits of air and water to enhance traditional fitness movements creating high-intensity, low-impact workouts. We will take time to become acquainted with the board by learning how to align your body to evenly distribute weight and create balance. Wear synthetic quick/dry athletic clothing or swimwear to class and expect to get wet. Bring a towel, a change of clothes (for after the session) and an open mind and we guarantee you will fall in love with floating fitness classes. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time.
Amplify your fitness to the next level and leave your comfort zone behind. Challenge your foundation, balance, power and endurance with the instability of the BOGA FITMAT and the unpredictability of the water in this unique class. Working at your own level of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), this session will combine all elements of fitness into a fun total-body workout.

Leave the comfort of your land practice and step into the beauty of a floating studio. The water creates a peaceful atmosphere yet challenges your balance in an entirely different way. You will feel the subtle body awaken and your mind body relationship quickly shift. Plan to heat things up with sun salutations and a progressive practice where you can challenge yourself and redefine body awareness on an unstable foundation, with options available for all levels. There will be plenty of play time to test out your favorite poses on the water.
Our BOGA Workshops will introduce you to our innovative floating BOGAFit class. You will learn how to get on the board and feel the movement on the water through recommendations of body alignment to evenly distribute and create balance and movement around the board. You will experience high intensity, low impact elements to improve cardio and strength as well as awakening your mind/body awareness by practicing a variety of strength and balance poses on this fun foundation. Bring an open mind for new experiences of your body reacting in new ways to make you stronger. Come and enjoy your experience of floating fitness.
