Recreational Wiffleball League

League Description

Recreational Wiffleball offers low pressure development opportunities in a six game season played over 4 weeks. Teams can have one practice a week.Volunteer coaches will use modified rules for younger grade levels and teams will be based on school, grade, and previous team participation.

Ages

Boys and Girls currently in 3rd Grade through 8th Grade. This will be a co-ed league.

Registration Information

Registration for the Fall Wiffleball League is now available.  The registration deadline will be on September 16.

Game Days

A 6 game season will be played over the following four Saturday October 4, 11, 18 and 25. Games will begin after 10:00am through the afternoon.

Optimist Park | 5300 S Folsom St.

Fees

Lincoln YMCA Members $30 | Community Members $40

Uniforms

T-shirt and hat are included in the registration fee.

Other Equipment

Participants will be required to provide their own glove. Players may wear tennis/turf shoes/baseball cleats (no metal spikes allowed). Jewelry is not allowed to be worn during YMCA Youth Sports activities. This includes earrings (earrings cannot be taped). No hard casts/splints are allowed during matches/games.
