ESPORTS LEAGUE

League Description

Esports league is a video game competition for individuals and teams. Gamers in the league can select which games they would like to play on 1v1 *Smash Bros. We will use Discord to communicate in the league.

Ages

4th Grade through 8th Grade

Registration Information

The registration for the Fall League is now available.  

Early Registration Deadline: August 6 (The fee will be an additional $10 after the early registration deadline)

Middle Registration Deadline: August 27 (The fee will be an additional $30 after the middle registration deadline)

Late Registration Period: After August 28 (Teams are made after the middle registration deadline so no guarantees on team placement.)

League Days

The Fall Esports league will be held on Monday nights at 5:30pm.  The league will be on September 9, 16, 23, 30, October 7, 14, 21 and 28.

The program will play Super Smash Bros, and play in a Lincoln YMCA League with a end of season tournament.

 

Game Location

The Esports league for the Fall will be held virtually. Discord will be used for communication in the league. 

 

Fees

Lincoln YMCA Members $30 | Community Members $40

 

Other Equipment

Participants will need to be connected to the Internet, have a discord account and have a headset for communication between team members.

 Participants will need to have a Nintendo Switch and the game Smash Bros.
