5th - 8th Grade | Esports league is a video game competition for individuals and teams. The league will meet for eight weeks, and the activity will be held twice a week for 1 hour. The league will be held virtually and on a secured network that will be monitored by staff.

Esports league is a video game competition for individuals and teams. Gamers in the league will enjoy game play on the game Rocket League, and be placed on a team of 3. We will use a software called LeagueSpot to run the league.

The Spring Esports league is a part of a Pilot Program through the YMCA of the USA.
Game Days
Monday and Wednesday nights starting April 5 through May 26 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Game Location
The Esports league for the Spring will be held virtually and the game played will be Rocket League. We will use a company called LeagueSpot as a technology partner to facilitate the league and provide the communication discord for the league. We will send out an email invite link to setup a LeagueSpot account after registration has completed.
Rocket League
Arcade-style soccer with cars! Teams of three players each face off on a caged-in soccer field using rocket-powered cars to move the ball and score goals.

Lincoln YMCA Members $55 | Non-members $65
Other Equipment
Participants will be required to have a PC, Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo Switch and the game Rocket League on the system. Participants will need to be connected to the Internet and have a headset for communication between team members.
