Recreational Volleyball League

League Description

Recreational Volleyball is a low pressure way to help your kids develop their volleyball skills. The six-week season will include one practice and one game per week. Players enjoy modified rules for different ages to provide maximum success. Volunteer coaches will allow everyone to participate. Teams are based on school, grade, and previous team participation.

Ages

Offered for boys and girls in 2nd-8th Grade.

Registration Information

Registration for the YMCA Fall Recreational Volleyball League is now available.

Early Registration Deadline: August 6 (The fee will be an additional $10 after the early registration deadline)

Middle Registration Deadline: August 27 (The fee will be an additional $30 after the middle registration deadline)

Late Registration Period: After August 28 (Teams are made after the middle registration deadline so no guarantees on team placement.)

Game Days

Sunday afternoons on September 29, October 6, 13, 20, 27 and November 3

Game Location

Lincoln Public Schools facilities (to be determined).

Uniforms

T-shirt is included in the registration fee.

Lincoln YMCA Members $52 | Community Members $62

Other Equipment

Jewelry is not allowed to be worn during YMCA Youth Sports activities. This includes earrings (earrings cannot be taped). No hard casts/splints are allowed during matches/games.
