Kindergarten - 8th Grade | Recreational Soccer is a great way to develop your child's skills with one practice and one game per week. Volunteer coaches use smaller goals and fields for younger age levels with modified rules to provide maximum player success.

Volunteer coaches use smaller goals and fields for younger age levels with modified rules to provide maximum player success. Everyone participates in a seven-week season with boys and girls in separate leagues.
Kindergarten through 8th Grade.
Registration for the Fall YMCA Recreational Soccer League will be available after June 1, 2024.
Registration for the Spring Recreational Soccer League is now complete.
Early Registration Deadline: January 31 (The fee will be an additional $10 after the early registration deadline)
Middle Registration Deadline: February 20 (The fee will be an additional $30 after the middle registration deadline)
Late Registration Deadline: March 15
Saturday or Sunday afternoons for 7 weeks starting on March 23/24.
Proposed Game Days:
Saturday morning/afternoons: Kindergarten Boys, Kindergarten Girls, 1st Grade through 8th Grade Girls, 4th Grade through 8th Grade Boys
Sunday afternoons: Kindergarten Boys, 1st Grade through 3rd Grade Boys
The exact day of games for each grade level will be posted in the beginning of March.

The YMCA Reversible Soccer Jersey (blue/red) is required for Recreational Soccer. Jerseys can be purchased for $15 at the park (cash or check only) on game days or at the Youth Sports office (570 Fallbrook Blvd Suite 210) Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm.

Shin guards are required. (Socks must be worn over shin guard). Eye glass strap is also required. No screw-in, baseball, or football cleats allowed. Tennis shoes are fine. Jewelry is not allowed to be worn during YMCA Youth Sports activities. This includes earrings (earrings cannot be taped). No hard casts/splints are allowed during matches/games.
