DHHS Child Care Subsidy is accepted. 

Proof of DHHS Child Care Subsidy authorization is required and must be received two weeks before the start of the program for fall registration, to avoid forfeiting your child’s spot in the program. The parent/guardian is responsible for ensuring that the authorization for care remains current during the dates that the child attends the Y program and receives care. To obtain an authorization for the correct program please provide your case-worker/ACCESSNebraska representative with the correct Provider ID for the program your child will attend.

Parents/Guardians of participants utilizing DHHS Child Care Subsidy MUST notify their Program Directors of any absences that will occur throughout the duration of the program. If more than 5 absences happen in a month, without notice directly to a Program Director, a Director will reach out to the parent/guardian via phone or email asking if they are still wanting to use the benefits of the program.

If you violate 5 or more absences in any following month, without notice to a Program Director, participants are subject to removal from the program.

Families responsible for a Family Fee per their DHHS authorization must pay the Family Fee by the 1st of each month.
