
March Exercise Madness
March 14-April 4
Throughout the NCAA basketball tournament, use the Y’s Exercise Bracket to complete two exercises at a time, writing in your favorite. We have organized exercises that work your legs, core/cardio, back/biceps, and chest/triceps. Incorporate them in your daily routine or simply focus on the bracket all tournament long for a full-body workout. Plus, pick the Men’s or Women’s National Basketball Champion and be entered to win YMCA swag and gift cards! Must return completed postcard to the front desk by 11:00am on Thursday, March 17.
